-  3 to 4 workouts each week focused on body sculpting and building strength
- workout tracking and detailed explanations of exercises
- support, problem solving, and ACCOUNTABILITY
- cardio guidance
- personalized nutrition plan
- 1-one-1 nutrition guidance
- weekly check-ins (progress pictures & goal-setting)

- you MUST have access to a full gym
